Ganna is an attorney focused on intellectual property and particularly copyright, trademarks and design, art law. With nearly 15 years' experience, she handled a number of cases ranging from copyright and trademark rights violations, including over the Internet, to domain name disputes litigations. Her practice, inter alia, encompasses a wide range of intellectual property issues, i.e. IPRs enforcement, protection of trademarks, patents and copyright, as well as general corporate matters; IP/IT contractual practice; unfair competition, advertising, media and e-commerce etc. She also focuses on copyright and related rights issues and advises clients on a wide range of art-related legal and business issues. She is a founder of Art Law Boutique (2018) with a special focus on art law, copyright, protection of rights of painters, galleries and museums in cooperation with the Portal of Independent Artists who promote known and young artists in Ukraine and abroad.

Ganna is a frequent speaker on a variety of IP and related topics at several business law schools and master’s degree courses, as well as those dedicated to development of Ukrainian art market. She has participated as a judge at IP Moot Court of the Ukrainian Bar Association and has conducted training course at the Art Business Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is recommended in intellectual property by "The Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients" 2019.

Ganna is an arbitrator in UA-DRP domain name disputes at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Geneva, Switzerland) and URS at MFSD (Milan, Italy). She has been selected as an arbitrator for the CAfA Arbitration Pool in January 2020. Her Professional Associations and Memberships are: Copyright Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA); Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA); member of the Kyiv Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA); European Business Association in Ukraine (EBA) and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham).

Ganna’s educational background includes Master of Commercial Law at Kyiv National Economic University (with honours) (2006); LL.M. from Kyiv Intellectual Property Institute of National University “Odesa Academy of Law” (with honours) (2016), WIPO Worldwide Academy.
