Hubert both as a legal expert and an art foundry manager is focused on art law, copyright, entertainment and commercial law. He participated to several lectures and colloquial concerning Art Law, devolution of the author’s rights, Art Authentication, Ethics and Policy in the Art market. He is an aexpert to the Court of Appeal of Paris.
Hubert’s law practice has included legal and amicable expertise and related conflicts since 2012. He has served as Legal expert in commercial disputes regarding the authenticity of an art piece at both the domestic and international level. He is a member of the “Institut Art & Droit”, and administrating member of the “Compagnie des Experts en mobilier et oeuvres d’art près la Cour d’Appel de Paris”. He was appointed to the original Arbitration pool of CAfA in January 2020.
Hubert, received the decoration of Officier des Arts et des Lettres.
Hubert’s educational background includes: a Diplôme universitaire d’expert de justice at Université de droit de Rouen and a Diplôme universitaire de droit et techniques de l’expertise des œuvres d’art at Université de droit Panthéon Assas – Paris II.
