Jennifer is a barrister, mediator and arbitrator focused on chancery and commercial law. She has particular experience of partnership and joint venture disputes in the arts and other sectors, and is ranked in Tier 1 for partnership by all the leading directories.
Jennifer is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has been appointed by the LCIA to 3 member panels and she has also had sole conduct of arbitrations. She has acted as a CEDR accredited mediator since 2010 and is recommended for mediation by Legal 500.
In 2019, Chambers and Partners said that Jennifer “Combines high-level strategic advice and lateral thinking with an attention to detail that is unsurpassed,” and described her as “intelligent, responsive and commercially bright.” She was appointed to the Arbitration pool of CAfA in January 2020.
Jennifer has degrees in Natural Sciences and Medicine from Cambridge University (1994) and a postgraduate diploma in Law from City University (2000).
