Salah Mattoo is currently a Senior International Arbitration Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP in London. From 1 July 2021, Partner and Co-founder, M.B. Kemp LLP, a newly formed international law firm focused on international arbitration and corporate transactions with offices in Hong Kong, London and Milan. Salah will be based in London.
Salah is an international arbitration attorney and an arbitrator focused on art law, art valuation disputes, copyright, entertainment, and commercial law. He is a founding partner of M.B. Kemp LLP, a newly formed international law firm with offices in Asia and Europe. From 1 July 2021, Salah will commence as a partner and co-head of international arbitration at M.B. Kemp LLP. In addition, Salah regularly lectures graduate students on international arbitration, corporate law and art law at the University of the Arts London. Salah is a frequent speaker at international arbitration conference globally and has advised clients extensively on issues related to art related international arbitration matters.
Salah’s law practice has included arbitration and mediation since 2009. He has served as Arbitrator in a wide range of art law, art valuation issues and commercial disputes at an international level. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
