Rodolfo is an attorney, arbitrator focused on copyright, entertainment and commercial law. His practice focuses on complex IP, Trade and Commercial disputes and Faculty at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, Mexico teaching International Economic/Commercial Law. He is the author of more than 42 articles on IP, trade & dispute settlement. Rodolfo is also a frequent speaker and has published extensively on issues related to dispute settlement and business.
Rodolfo’s law practice has included International arbitration since 2007. He has served as Arbitrator in a wide range of IP and commercial disputes at both the domestic and international level. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He is part of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA’s) list of Arbitrators, Mexico’s INDAUTOR Copyright Arbitrator, World Trade Organization’s indicative list of Panelists and Domain Name panelist with various service providers.
