Shobha has provided legal representation to visual artists, has established non-profit art galleries, and has represented art museums and global corporations with the acquisition and loan of artwork. She has served as a speaker for artist-in-residence programs on issues related to intellectual property and business. She has also published articles and led trainings regarding art and Non-Fungible Tokens.
Shobha’s law practice has included arbitration since 2010. She has served as an Arbitrator a in a wide range of commercial disputes. She is a member of the roster of arbitrators for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the American Health Lawyers Association, and Arbitration Resolutions, Inc. She was appointed to the original Arbitration pool of CAfA in January 2020.
