Simone Morabito is an attorney, mediator and arbitrator focused on commercial law and art law. He is also specialized in copyright and new technology law. He was one of the first jurists who analyzed NFTs legal aspects, combining art and IT/IP skills. Moreover, he often works in tax and law teams in international operations. He is a founding member and Director of Arlwayers.legal and regularly counsel for auction houses, art galleries and collectors. He is also Director of the Art law Commission in BusinessJus.com. Forthcoming publications include articles on the role of art archives and on issues on artwork international operations. Avv. Simone Morabito’s law practice has included arbitration and/or mediation since 2013. He has served as Arbitrator and Mediator in a wide range of art law and commercial disputes at both the domestic and international level. Simone Morabito’s educational background includes both a degree in civil law (University of Turin, Italy) and a degree in international law (University of Nice, France), together with a postgraduate degree in international business transactions and comparative constitutional law with Hofstra University (Long Island, USA).
He teaches art law for EuroConference masterclasses throughout Italy.
