Farrell is an attorney focused on privacy-related matters and intellectual property issues. Farrell has over seven years of experience advising clients on intellectual property, licensing, and data privacy matters. She has represented artists and creatives in transactions and disputes, has worked for a museum on intellectual property/licensing related matters, and has presented to professionals and students on art law matters. Farrell also has experience organizing art exhibitions for an institution and has extensively studied and practiced fine art.
Farrell is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Florida Bar. She was appointed to the Arbitration pool of CAfA in June 2020.
Farrell is Co- Chair of the International Association of Privacy Professionals KnowledgeNet Jacksonville, Florida Chapter where she organizes educational meetings and networking activities for privacy professionals.
