Digital versions of the various rules and appendices are available from the table below. The NAI Arbitration and Mediation Rules have been supplemented and modified to meet the wishes of the international art community.
The following arbitration clause is recommended:
“All disputes, claims, controversies, and disagreements arising in connection with the present agreement, or further agreements resulting therefrom, shall be settled in accordance with the CAfA Arbitration Rules, consisting of the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute supplemented and modified by the AiA/NAI Adjunct Arbitration Rules.”

The NAI Arbitration Rules and the NAI Mediation Rules can be found on the NAI website.
The Netherlands Arbitration Institute has procured a translation of the Dutch Arbitration Act, which serves as an unofficial translation of the text of the Act. The translation has been published in the NAI Arbitration Rules booklet. Nothing from the English translation of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure may be reproduced, stored in a database and/or published in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute.
